RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At N°71, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the following Return & Refund Policy.

Please follow this step-by-step guide on how to initaite a return or exchange.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, alterations, or signs of use.

  • Have all original hangtags, labels, packaging, and accessories attached.

  • Be returned in its original condition.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

N°71 reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

2. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving your order.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  • Refunds will only be issued after the returned product passes inspection.

If the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, N°71 may reject the return and return the product to the customer.

3. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective,

  • Damaged during delivery,

  • Incorrect, or

  • Significantly different from what was ordered,

please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Order number,

  • Clear photographs of the product,

  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable), and

  • A description of the issue.

Upon verification, N°71 will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item,

  • Exchange the item, or

  • Issue a full refund.

For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect item claims, N°71 will cover all applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

4. EXCHANGES

N°71 offers a 14-day exchange period from the date of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • Original tags and packaging must remain attached.

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

N°71 will provide one complimentary exchange shipment per order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at N°71's discretion.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless defective or incorrectly supplied, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional giveaways

  • Complimentary products

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Silver jewelry

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

6. INSPECTION OF RETURNS

All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival.

N°71 reserves the right to reject returns that:

  • Show signs of wear or use,

  • Are returned without original tags,

  • Are returned outside the applicable return period,

  • Have been damaged after delivery, or

  • Do not comply with this policy.

7. REFUND PROCESSING

Once a return has been received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

Customers will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.

8. FRAUD PREVENTION

N°71 reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges where fraudulent activity, abuse of return policies, or misuse of products is suspected.
